2.1 Domestic Shipping (Mainland China)

1. Standard Ground Logistics: 3–7 business days, applicable to lightweight portable mahjong sets; no extra freight surcharge for parcels under 20kg.
2. Heavy Cargo Logistics (Automatic Mahjong Tables): 5–10 business days, pallet delivery as standard service. In-room delivery is available at an additional cost upon customer request.
3. Expedited Express Delivery: 1–3 business days, for customers with urgent delivery demands at premium shipping rates.

2.2 International Global Shipping

1. International Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 4–9 working days, ideal for mini travel mahjong sets and small accessory orders. Double-clearance customs service can be purchased separately.
2. Bulk Air Freight: 7–15 working days, designed for wholesale orders of 50 sets or above. Airport self-pickup or door delivery options are both available.
3. LCL & FCL Sea Freight: 22–45 working days, the most cost-effective solution for large bulk orders of automatic mahjong tables. Non-fumigated wooden packing cases are adopted to avoid extra port inspection expenses.

3. Special Packaging Standards for Mahjong Products

1. Portable Tile Sets: Full bubble wrap wrapping + thick reinforced corrugated cartons, equipped with corner guards and foam fillers to prevent tile collision, scratching and chipping during transit.
2. Automatic Mahjong Tables: Multi-layer pearl cotton inner wrapping, shockproof wooden frame crates, full moisture-proof plastic film and pallet strapping for fixation. Fumigation certification for wooden packages can be provided at an extra charge if required by destination customs.
3. Outer Package Marking: Every shipment is labeled with order number, recipient information, "Fragile" & "Heavy Goods" warning stickers. Customs declaration commodity name: Mahjong Game Set / Automatic Electric Mahjong Table.
4. Customer Self-Packaging Exception: If customers choose to repack goods themselves, NMJL Mahjong Co. takes no responsibility for breakage, loss or customs detention arising from inadequate packaging.

4. Shipping Charges, Import Taxes & Customs Responsibilities

1. Freight Calculation Standard: Shipping fees are calculated based on the higher value between volumetric weight and actual gross weight. A built-in freight calculator is available on the checkout page of nmjlmahjong.com for real-time cost checking.
2. Domestic Orders: Quoted shipping fees cover basic delivery service; only remote area surcharges will be separately displayed before payment without hidden fees.
3. International Customs & Tax Liability
   • All import tariffs, local VAT, customs processing fees and port storage fees at the destination country shall be solely borne by the buyer.
   • Our team will provide complete commercial invoices, packing lists and relevant certification documents for electronic mahjong tables to assist customs clearance. Any extra certification fees required by local customs will be charged to the buyer.
   • If goods are detained, confiscated or returned by customs due to incomplete buyer identity documents, restricted import categories or under-declared commodity value, all return freight, fines and related losses shall be covered by the customer.
   
   
4. Remote Area Surcharge: Remote towns, islands and mountain regions will generate additional carrier surcharges, which will be notified to customers before order confirmation.

5. Order Processing & Shipment Schedule Rules

1. Daily Order Cut-off Time: 16:00 Beijing Time. Orders fully paid before the cut-off time will be dispatched within 1–2 business days; orders completed after the cut-off time will be arranged for shipment on the next working day.
2. Customized Mahjong Products: Engraved tiles, custom-size mahjong tables have a 7–15 working days production lead time before logistics delivery, which is clearly marked on corresponding product pages.
3. Shipment Notification: Once the parcel is dispatched, the system will automatically send the tracking number to the customer’s reserved email or SMS. Customers can also track delivery status via the Order Center page on nmjlmahjong.com.
4. Delivery Address Liability: Customers must submit complete and accurate recipient name, valid contact phone number and full detailed address with postal code. Failed delivery resulting from incorrect address information will require the customer to pay for redelivery fees.

6.3 Formal Claim Submission Process

1. Inspection Before Sign-off: Customers must fully inspect the outer package and internal goods before signing for delivery. Take clear photos of damaged packaging, cracked mahjong tiles or defective tables and retain all original cartons/crates within 24 hours after receiving parcels.
2. Document Submission: Send all photos, tracking number and order ID to our official mailbox postmaster@usa-mahjong.com within 3 working days upon delivery. Claims submitted beyond the time limit will not be accepted.
3. Claim Resolution Cycle: NMJL Mahjong Co. will coordinate with logistics carriers to process compensation applications, which generally takes 7–30 working days subject to carrier audit progress.
4. Compensation Exclusions: No compensation will be offered for damage caused by improper customer unpacking, normal wear and tear, post-delivery accidental breakage, customs confiscation, force majeure including natural disasters, wars and epidemic lockdowns.

7. Return & Reverse Logistics Terms

7.1 Domestic Return Rules

1. Unopened, unused complete mahjong sets are eligible for return applications within 7 days after delivery; all return shipping costs shall be undertaken by the buyer.
2. Return of automatic mahjong tables: Customers need to arrange return freight and conduct safe shockproof packaging independently. Products must remain intact with all original accessories. A 10% restocking fee based on the total order value will be deducted from the refund.

7.2 International Return Rules

1. International returns are only supported for defective goods caused by our production error. Returns due to customer personal preference are not accepted.
2. For qualified defective returns, customers shall bear outbound return shipping and destination customs clearance costs. After goods are received and inspected by our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
3. Returned goods detained or abandoned by overseas customs will not be eligible for refunds, and all associated losses are borne by the buyer.
