1. Product pictures, sizes, colors, parameters and descriptions on the website are for reference only. Due to monitor color difference, manual measurement errors, batch production adjustments, slight discrepancies between physical goods and web display shall not be deemed product quality defects.
2. We reserve the right to update, adjust or discontinue mahjong sets, automatic mahjong tables and accessories without prior notice.
3. All logistics transit times, freight quotations and customs tips published on the website are estimated values only and do not constitute legally binding delivery commitments.

1. Our website may cooperate with third-party logistics carriers, payment service providers and customs brokers. NMJL Mahjong Co. shall not be liable for losses arising from third-party platform system failures, service interruptions, data leakage, operational errors or delivery accidents.
2. All cross-border import duties, taxes, customs fines, storage fees and inspection costs shall be borne solely by the buyer, as specified in our logistics policy. We provide only auxiliary customs document support and do not bear legal consequences caused by the buyer’s failure to comply with local import laws.

5. Liability Limitation

1. NMJL Mahjong Co. shall not compensate for indirect losses including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption losses, expected income loss, reputation damage or incidental expenses caused by delayed delivery, cargo damage or stock shortage.
2. The maximum total compensation limit for any single order dispute shall not exceed the actual payment amount of that order.
3. We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, epidemic control, port shutdowns, strikes, national policy adjustments and other uncontrollable factors.

6. User Responsibility

1. Customers shall guarantee that all information submitted during order placement (name, contact number, delivery address, identity documents, customs declaration information) is true, accurate and complete. All losses caused by false, incomplete or invalid information shall be undertaken by the customer.
2. It is the buyer’s obligation to confirm whether mahjong products are allowed to be imported in their destination country/region before placing international orders. We bear no liability for goods detained, confiscated or destroyed by local customs due to prohibited import regulations.
3. Users shall not use our website for illegal transactions, fraud, money laundering or other acts violating local laws; we reserve the right to cancel orders, block accounts and report illegal acts to relevant authorities.
